Galaxy S22 Ultra with only 8GB RAM?
Sammobile, recently spotted a Geekbench 5 test that lists the global Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra variant (SM-S908B) as packed with the Exynos 2200 processor (S5E9925), Android 12.0, and 8GB RAM.
Wait a minute. Did you just say 8GB RAM? That is rather inconsistent with the standard 12GB to 16GB RAM that we’ve come to expect from Samsung’s most powerful flagship smartphone.
However, judging from its predecessors, the Galaxy S20 Ultra and the Galaxy S21 Ultra, both of which had at least 12GB Ram I came to the conclusion that it’s probably just a working prototype of the Galaxy S22 Ultra built for the sole purpose of performance tuning and testing.

Anyway, if you’re wondering how well that 8GB RAM Exynos 2200 SOC performed then here are the results. Geekbentch 5, gives the prototype a score of 691 points in the single-core test and 3,167 points in the multi-core test.
