This whole package comes in a polycarbonate plastic body. It’s back is glossy and tries to mimic a glasslike appearance. Plastics are a lot more durable than glass. Therefore, it wouldn’t sustain damage as easily as a glass back would do. Also, it is a lot less slippery than glass. On the flip side, it takes scratches very quickly.
